The proposed delivery methods depend on the type of product you have ordered: these will be explained to you when placing your order.
If you have ordered multiple products, there is a chance that these will be delivered to you by different carriers, to offer you the most favourable delivery time.
Please note: our carrier delivers with a lorry with trailer, in front of your house. The carriers cannot deliver inside your home.
Please take the necessary measures yourself to transport the product to the place of use.
Also check that your street is wide enough for a trailer.
Before ordering, please check that the products can be easily placed: carefully measure the dimensions of your doors, stairs and lift.
During your order, provide all the necessary information for the smooth running of the delivery: address, floor, access code, intercom...
Provide a phone number where you can be reached during the day to arrange the delivery appointment. In this conversation with our carrier, mention any potential difficulty that the delivery people may encounter with access or passage.
You will be contacted once the order has been received by the carrier. You can change the appointment until midnight the day before delivery.
These products are delivered in front of your building or house.
This may seem obvious, but it is very important: you must be present on the agreed day and time to receive the order!
If you are not available for delivery, you must contact the carrier at least 72 hours in advance to postpone the appointment.
In case of unjustified absence of the customer, each new delivery will be charged by vente-unique.co.uk.
You must note any doubts on the delivery note.
In case of damage or non-compliance of your delivery, you have 3 days after reception to alert our customer service by email or by phone.
In this case, we ask you to keep the packaging and not to use the product.
Important: Due to the size of these products, please ensure you have the means to transport them from the delivery point to their final location.
For any return of a product (except sofas), we ask you to return the products in their original packaging.
So keep them safe!
