      Cancellations and returns

      Have you changed your mind?

      You have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, which is 16 days more than the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

      You therefore have 30 days after delivery to notify us if you wish to cancel your item.

      • You can also use the European withdrawal form , which you can send to us by email: contact@vente-unique.com. Use of this form is not mandatory.
      • Did you purchase the product through a partner seller? Then you must contact the seller directly to withdraw from the contract and start the return procedure. You can do this via the "My Orders" tab, where you select the relevant order, click on "Order details", and then click on "Contact the partner seller" under the product. The partner seller determines the conditions and processing of the withdrawal.

      Customer service will inform you of the various return options for your item. For small parcels, you will receive a prepaid return label. For large parcels, a collection service is offered. The price of collection, which you must pay (in accordance with consumer law L221-23), will be determined based on your address and the weight of the returned items.

      Refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request.

      You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

      You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

      We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any charges as a result of such reimbursement.

      The customer service team will inform you of the different ways in which items can be returned. You must return the product directly to the following address, at your own expense, with a copy of the invoice for identification of the order:
