      The product I want to buy is no longer available on the site

      The product I want to buy has a waiting list

      I'm on the waiting list, can I order the product?

      We send an email to all customers who are on the waiting list. So don't wait too long to visit our site as soon as you receive the email, because first come, first served!

      If my product becomes available again, will it be at the same price?

      Vente-unique.co.uk lets you enjoy the best prices on all products.

      However, our prices may be changed without prior notice. When your product becomes available again, the price may be different from when you signed up for the waiting list.

      The advantage is that our prices vary in both directions. So it is also possible that the price of the product for which you signed up for the waiting list has dropped!

      I received an email that the stock is available again, but I can't order

      If you received an email that the stock is available again but you can't order, it is possible that other customers were faster than you and the stock is temporarily sold out again.

      The stock of each item is limited and we unfortunately cannot reserve a product for you. Signing up for the waiting list ensures that you will be notified as soon as new stock is available, but this does not guarantee the reservation of the product for you.

      As soon as the product is available again, we will send you a new email to notify you.

      Do I have a warranty on the products?

      For the items you purchase from us, the statutory warranty applies. Statutory warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. The manufacturer's warranty does not affect the statutory warranty. Vente-unique.co.uk also offers on all its products a manufacturer's warranty against any aesthetic or functional damage resulting from defects or hidden faults for a period of 2 years.

      Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

      All prices stated on the site Vente-unique.co.uk are expressed inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are specified in the shopping cart and are confirmed during the validation of the order. Delivery costs are paid at the end of the order and are added to the price of the ordered goods.
