Differences in colour or texture, such as wrinkles or other natural features are not considered a defect and should not be a reason for complaint.

Maintenance tips:

Velvet:
1.Clean with dry upholstery shampoo and a wet sponge or a mild cleaner
2.Vacuum with a suitable attachment.

Rubberwood:
1.Clean with a mild cleaner and a soft cloth in the direction of the grain
2.Wipe dry immediately after cleaning to prevent water from accumulating on the product
3.Only for items with oiled finish: may be re-oiled after some time for keeping them in good condition.
