Foam mattresses are one of the most sold types of mattresses as they generally offer good value for money. Overall, the higher the foam density (in kg/m3), the better the sleeping quality. There are different types of foam: memory foam or viscoelastic foam, HR foam, and polyether foam.
#3#Memory foam mattresses#3# conform to the shape of your body, allowing you to reduce pressure points and discomfort, thus limiting the uneasiness that causes you to turn and move during the night. It provides a soft sensation but is not recommended if you tend to feel hot at night, precisely because of its enveloping nature.
HR foam mattresses, or #2#high resilience mattresses#2#, have a foam density between 30 and 50kg/m3, they offer precise support and provide dynamic comfort.
Finally, #3#inexpensive foam mattresses#3# generally made of polyether foam are mainly used either for children's mattresses, who weigh less and do not need a high foam density, for occasional sleeping, or when working with a tight budget.
