The items are delivered to the door step in a house or to the bottom of an apartment building. Packages of less than 30 kg are delivered by courier service without an appointment. In case of absence, the carrier will leave you a note of transit. This will allow you to schedule a delivery appointment or inform you of the address of the nearest relay point where you can collect your product. Deliveries are made weekdays from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm (in accordance with the working hours of the deliverymen) except weekends and public holidays. Delivery to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland only. Orders to islands or the Republic of Ireland will be cancelled.
