This unique number should be kept and may be needed in case of requesting spare parts or proceeding with warranty claims. To avoid pump damage, fill the tub with water before using the massage function. Appropriate hoses should be acquired from local sources and connected by a specialist. Under no circumstances should any connecting hoses provided by the seller be utilised. All hoses need to be checked and sealed by a specialist before using the product and on a regular basis. Hoses can get disconnected during transportation or over time. In case of a defect, the customer is responsible for the removal of the defective part and its reassembly. The product is not compatible with Swiss or English sockets and requires appropriate adapters.
